 The Best Quiz Sites

Please note: Am not looking to add new links as of now.

Jeopardy! Archive   (http://www.j-archive.com/)

A site that hosts most of the questions from the great American TV quiz show 'Jeopardy!'. Faithfully reproduced by the fans down to the last detail, it has 100,000+ clues (and counting)! It will take months to look at all the clues just once at this incredible site.

Madrid Pub Quiz   (http://www.avendano.org/quiz/)

This no frills site hosts more than 1000 questions, most of which are very good. Fast and fun to browse and enjoy.

Quiz Bowl Archive  (http://quizbowl.stanford.edu/archive/)

After I saw the 'Jeopardy! Archive' website (the first link above), I thought it is unlikely that it would be surpassed as a quizzing resource. But Brick B (a former Jeopardy! champion) told me about this wonderful quiz bowl archive - only flip side is that you have to download the word documents. But if you think you are a good quizzer, check these babies out - they will make you think again!

Paul's Quiz  (http://www.paulsquiz.com/)

Many free questions here, and the site seems to be growing with frequent updates. Worth your time.

World's Brainiest  (http://www.worldsbrainiest.com)

A good number of excellent questions plus scores of playing options.

Quiz Zone  (http://www.quiz-zone.co.uk/)

Quizzing site from the UK with impressive standard of questions plus some picture quizzes. You can also generate your own quiz from their database.

UltQuiz -- The Official UK Chart Game On-Line  (http://www.ultquiz.co.uk/)

How much do you know about the UK singles charts? Choose your own year range between 1960 to the present and find out.

Ray's Trivia Page  (http://www.primate.wisc.edu/people/hamel/trivia.html)

A good compendium of links to several trivia sites.

Quiz Quiz Bang Bang  (http://www.quizquizbangbang.com/ )

With frequent updates, fresh/new questions and an interface that is easy on the eye, this is the type of quiz blog that I like.

NAQT's Quick Reference  (http://www.naqt.com/YouGottaKnow/index.html)

If you need to brush up on any quiz topic and don't have much time, these lists can be invaluable.

Sporcle  (http://www.sporcle.com)

This is my new favorite...sometimes you have to write something down to test yourself and there are a lot of quizzes here that allow you to do that. Frequent updates too!
